How this started
Between us, we have survived more earnings seasons, Fed meetings, and regulatory overhauls than we care to count. We have built DCF models at 2am the night before board presentations. We have explained Value at Risk to committees who had already made up their minds. We have screened counterparty lists against OFAC using Ctrl+F.
We know this work — the actual mechanics of it. The formulas, the edge cases, the regulatory nuances, the institutional workflows that take years to internalize. And for the longest time, the only way to transfer that knowledge was to hire junior analysts and watch them make the same mistakes we made in year one.
