## Output Format
1. Fund performance summary (all return metrics, quarter-over-quarter)
2. LP capital account statement
3. Portfolio company update (one paragraph per active company)
4. Realized investment summary (for any exits this quarter)
5. Market commentary
6. Valuation methodology disclosure

## Caveats
- LP reports are governed by fund partnership agreement terms — verify required disclosures
- Fair value must be determined in accordance with ASC 820 (US GAAP) or IFRS 13 — use qualified valuators for Level 3 assets
- ILPA (Institutional Limited Partners Association) reporting template is the institutional standard — align format
- Net returns must deduct all fees and carried interest — never report gross only without clear disclosure
